Job Description
Flexible Schedule | W-2 | Early Intervention | West Los Angeles Willow Tree Therapy is a neurodiversity-affirming pediatric speech therapy practice serving families across the Los Angeles area. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist who enjoys working with children and families and values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful therapy. Clinicians may provide therapy in a variety of settings including: Our private clinic in Woodland Hills Families' homes Schools Community settings We are contracted with multiple Regional Centers , allowing us to build caseloads in your preferred geographic area and around your desired schedule. Service areas are typically located within a 10-15 mile radius of the clinician's preferred location whenever possible. We work closely with clinicians to build manageable caseloads that align with their preferred schedule and geographic area. This is a W-2 per diem position offering flexibility in caseload size and scheduling.
Minimum commitment:
5 sessions per week ______________________________________ Compensation $65-$70 per session depending on experience Paid administrative time Mileage reimbursement Paid team meetings ______________________________________ Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and social communication differences in children Provide individual therapy sessions in the clinic, in families' homes, at the child's school, and/or in community settings Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs Work collaboratively with families to provide education and ensure carryover of skills Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care Maintain SOAP notes and documentation through our EMR Complete written progress reports every 6 months ______________________________________ Qualifications Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Experience working with the Early Intervention population preferred Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming therapy Strong collaboration and communication skills ______________________________________ Benefits W-2 employment Flexible scheduling — build your own caseload Paid Sick Leave Paid Administrative Time Mileage Reimbursement Paid Team Meetings Continuing Education Stipend to support professional development Ongoing mentorship and clinical collaboration Administrative support Health Benefit for Full-Time Clinicians Clinicians who maintain 25 scheduled sessions per week qualify as full-time and are eligible for our Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA).
