Key Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Available for full-time, on-site assignment (35+ hours/week)
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students, supporting and alleviating the current SLP caseload Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student success Maintain thorough documentation of student progress Engage in end-of-year school initiatives
