Key Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) California licensure (or eligibility) Experience providing services in K-5 educational settings preferred Bilingual proficiency highly valued Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to a K-5 caseload of 35 students Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with staff and families Deliver inclusive and pull-out services based on student needs Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Consult with educators and caregivers to support carryover of skills Participate in school meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
