Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active SLP license with CCC certification Experience or interest in working with diverse school-aged children Background in supervising SLPA staff or willingness to mentor Proficiency with creating and maintaining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Exceptional communication and organizational abilities Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with educators, families, and support personnel

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Write and manage IEPs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regular progress documentation Supervise and mentor SLPA staff, fostering growth and best practice Provide both direct and indirect therapy sessions in accordance with student needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insights Maintain timely records and contribute to the overall success of the student-centered team This contract role offers a stimulating professional environment and the chance to collaborate with a dedicated group of education professionals.
