Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an exciting opportunity to make a difference in students' lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This contract position, located near Sonoma, CA, offers the flexibility to work either full-time or part-time, catering to your availability and work-life balance needs. Candidates who hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply, and strong SLPAs are welcome for consideration.
Qualifications:
Current licensure as an SLP or completion of requirements for SLP-CCC Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Strong communication and organizational skills Positive approach to working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Applicants seeking full-time or part-time roles will be considered SLPAs with relevant experience may also be considered
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services rendered Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise to the school team Stay current with best practices in speech-language therapy
