Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year near Sonoma, CA. This full-time opportunity (32.5 hours per week) allows you to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills while working in a supportive educational setting.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for California ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Recent experience in school settings preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to students with a range of needs Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines Partner with teachers and other professionals to support student IEP goals Offer guidance and resources to families and staff on speech and language development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions as needed Discover the fulfillment of helping students achieve their full potential in communication within a dynamic school community.
