We offer ongoing support, mentorship, and the opportunity to partner. This position will be for an elementary position. This position is open to CFs (without SLPA supervision). This is a great school district. I, the owner, have worked there myself. If you want to consider working directly for the school in the upcoming school year, that is an option. Great director. Nice families. Awesome therapists! Why work with Uniquely Staffed? I originally started my agency as a clinical speech therapy company, Green Speech Therapy. I gradually expanded my practice by placing SLPs into the schools. I wanted to offer MORE support for SLPs. We offer a sign on or moving BONUS! And for CF's, pay starts at $12,000 monthly (work 37.5 hours weekly) We have a really comprehensive support system for SLPs that includes ready made lesson plans, coaching, and community. We also offer help with student loan counselling and repayment for our employees. As someone who has had a lot of student loan debt, I know how overwhelming it can feel! So, what do we ask for in our candidates: Duties Conduct comprehensive student assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities. Develop individualized education plans. Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques tailored for children. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support patient progress.. Maintain accurate documentation of student's progress and treatment outcomes. Educate families on strategies to support their child's communication development at home. Stay updated on current research and best practices in speech therapy. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working in a school environment or with school age population is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
