A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Print Help Students Find Their Voice-and Your Own At The Stepping Stones Group , speech-language pathology is more than a job-it's a calling. We partner with schools nationwide to support students in finding their voices, building confidence, and stepping into their potential. We're currently welcoming full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologists to our growing team throughout CA . Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate ready to launch your career, you'll be supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

Deliver impactful, student-centered speech and language services Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams Create meaningful progress for children and adolescents in a school setting

What You Bring:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP through ASHA (or in progress) Active or eligible state licensure A passion for helping students succeed Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
