Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Ready to make a meaningful impact as a Speech Language Pathologist in a supportive educational setting? This contract opportunity will allow you to work with K-12 students for the remainder of the school year, providing critical speech and language services. Serving on-site near Stevinson, CA, you'll continue the work of a virtual therapist, bringing expertise, energy, and compassion to help every student find their voice. Ideal candidates are SLPs (CCC or CFY) with a passion for school-based therapy—new graduates are encouraged to apply and will be supported in their transition to practice. What we're looking for: Active Speech-Language Pathology license (California required) SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted; upcoming graduates are also welcome Experience or strong interest in K-12 student caseloads Ability to develop and implement IEP goals, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively with educators and families Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Energetic, flexible, and ready to step into an immediate full-time role Responsibilities will include: Providing direct therapy to students across all grade levels Conducting speech/language evaluations, assessments, and screenings Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on IEP development and student progress Consulting with teachers and parents to support carryover of goals in the classroom and home settings Assuring continuity of services for students previously served virtually Maintaining documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines This full-time, contract position offers valuable experience in a diverse school community, with mentorship available for new grads and a welcoming environment for SLP-CFs and SLP-CCCs alike.
