Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with students in a school environment near Stockton, CA. This position seeks a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a real impact supporting children with communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting speech and language difficulties Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address unique client needs Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language milestones Meticulously track and document student progress, adjusting goals as needed Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care Involve and educate families throughout the therapy journey, fostering an inclusive environment
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged clients highly desirable Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Capacity to work effectively both independently and as a vital team member Must possess or be willing to obtain credentials as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology You will benefit from a strong network of advisory and peer SLP support tailored to your region, a thoughtfully designed benefits package, and opportunities to grow professionally within a supportive environment.
