What We're Looking For:

Hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license and appropriate credentials for school-based practice Experience with mild, moderate, and severe communication needs in a K-12 population Comfortable with itinerant assignments and managing a varied caseload across several campuses Skilled in conducting screenings, evaluations, and developing intervention plans that adhere to IEP compliance Proficient in implementing and supporting Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and strategies Strong communication, documentation, and case management abilities Collaborative, flexible, and passionate about impacting student success

Your Day-to-Day:

Conduct screening and diagnostic evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements Manage an itinerant schedule, traveling between designated school sites as needed Provide direct intervention, consultation, and professional development on AAC, evidence-based practice, and other communication supports Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective service delivery and student progress Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings to support compliance and student outcomes Step into a role where your expertise will help shape brighter futures for students with diverse communication challenges.
