Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current California SLP license or eligibility Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and best practices in school-based therapy Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students exhibiting speech, language, or communication challenges Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals in accordance with IEPs Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by school and state guidelines Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings Foster a positive, engaging, and productive experience for every student This position offers a dynamic school-based environment where you can expand your professional skills and play a vital role in students academic and social success.
