Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 student populations Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, organization, and time management skills School-based experience or SLPA background is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, or communication disorders Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress reports, and session notes Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom Support students in achieving their communication and academic goals
