Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. Utilize your expertise to make a lasting impact on students, working collaboratively with educators and families to help shape positive communication outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure as required for school-based practice Previous experience providing speech and language therapy in a K-12 setting preferred Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills Effective communicator with students, families, and school multidisciplinary teams Passion for supporting student success and engagement in a diverse educational environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct in-person therapy to students according to IEP goals Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support classroom integration and accommodations Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise in communication needs and therapy interventions Engage with parents and caregivers to encourage carryover of strategies and skill development Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology Enjoy the satisfaction of building strong, supportive connections within a school community and helping students reach their potential.
