Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid California SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric caseloads Skill in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and language disorders in children Comfortable working with a moderate to severe population
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech and language needs Provide direct therapy and interventions to students, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and families as part of the student support team Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for optimizing student outcomes
