Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an educational setting near Victorville, CA! This contract position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, from August through June, offering full-time hours (35-40 per week) and the chance to collaborate with passionate educators and driven students. Essential Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid
SLP - CCC
credential California state licensure (or eligibility by start date) Experience in a school-based role preferred Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and students Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions for students with speech and language challenges Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams Provide support and guidance to families and educators to maximize students' success Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to special education services Benefits of this
