Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Victorville, CA and Needles, CA School Year:
2026-2027 We are seeking three qualified Speech-Language Pathologists for onsite positions supporting school districts in Victorville and Needles, California. These roles offer structured caseloads, SLPA support, and the opportunity to work within established school teams.
Grade Levels:
K-12 (Depending on Assignment)
Caseload:
Approximately 55 students per
SLP Support:
SLPA assistance provided Assignment Dates August 4, 2026
  • June 3, 2027 (subject to change based on district calendar) Schedule 37.
5 hours per week Work Setting Onsite only (no virtual services) Minimum Requirements Active California SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) California Teaching Credential (CTC Clear Credential) School-based experience preferred CFs and virtual candidates will not be considered. Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
