A licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Passionate about patient-centered care Comfortable managing a consistent caseload of 15+ visits weekly Strong communicator and collaborative team player Motivated by helping patients regain independence and quality of life Requirements Valid Speech Language Pathologist License 1 year of rehab experience preferred CPR certification Valid Driver's License Valid Auto Insurance Long Term Care experience preferred Vital-Stim certification preferred HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
