Desired Background & Skills:

Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA Experience in school-based or healthcare environments, or interest in developing expertise within these settings Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents Excellent collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff Comfort with assessments, developing IEPs, providing targeted interventions, and maintaining thorough documentation Ability to adapt seamlessly to in-person or teletherapy platforms as needed A genuine commitment to inclusivity and helping each student achieve their potential
