Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide speech and language therapy services within a California school setting. This role offers flexible placement options, including onsite and virtual opportunities, to support students in developing essential communication skills across diverse educational needs.

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services tailored to student needs Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain precise documentation and track student progress to inform therapy adjustments Support a range of communication challenges to enhance students' academic and social successQualifications:
Active California Speech-Language Pathology license required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CF) status considered for some placements Prior school-based experience is advantageous but not mandatory Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within multidisciplinary teamsBenefits and Support:
