Status:
Part-Time, PRN Silver Heights Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Castle Rock is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated therapy team. What You'll Do:
Assess residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing challenges to create tailored treatment plans. Deliver direct therapy aimed at enhancing communication skills, cognitive function, and safe swallowing techniques. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care. Document assessments, therapy sessions, and progress accurately, adhering to regulatory standards.
What You'll Need:
Licensed SLP in the state of Colorado Support offered in transferring of license. This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
