Requirements:

Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services License or currently in process (COOL accepted) Minimum one year of school-based experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience developing and implementing

We're currently supporting a school district in Boulder County, Colorado seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This position serves elementary students in a collaborative school environment where you'll work alongside educators and related service providers to help students reach their communication goals.

Essential Functions:

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services Develop and implement IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support students in achieving meaningful communication goals

Salary:

$45.00-$53.00 per hour Up to $2,120 gross per week (Full-time hours) Up to $1,272 gross per week (Part-time hours) Why choose AB Staffing?
