Onsite School-Based Position Make a Meaningful Impact in Student s' Lives We are seeking a passionate and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school community for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team while helping students from Preschool through 8th grade build communication skills, confidence, and academic success. What You'll Be Doing Manage a caseload of approximately 37 students across PK-8 grade levels. Provide speech and language therapy services for students with Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and maintain compliant documentation. Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student growth. Adapt therapy techniques and instructional approaches to meet diverse cultural and linguistic needs. Support students' academic, social-emotional, and communication development. Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development activities. Promote inclusive learning practices within general education settings. Qualifications Active Colorado Special Services Provider License with School SLP endorsement required. Experience managing mixed caseloads in a school-based setting preferred. Passion for supporting culturally and linguistically diverse learners. CLD endorsement or related coursework preferred. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered services.
