Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Seeking a driven and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position providing services in a dynamic school-based setting near Englewood, CO. This full-time opportunity offers an engaging environment where you'll have a direct impact on the lives of children as part of a supportive educational team. The position welcomes candidates who love working with pediatric populations and are passionate about helping students achieve communication success. Compensation for this role is highly competitive, ranging from $50-55 per hour, based on your years of experience and education. Qualified travelers may also receive tax-free stipends, dependent on eligibility.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Colorado SLP License Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including work with pediatric or school-aged populations Credentials such as SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY welcomed Knowledge of school-based practices and ability to adapt therapy to meet individual student needs Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students with diverse needs Conduct assessments and interpret diagnostic data to inform individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory and confidentiality requirements Provide both direct therapy and consultative services to support student progress Enjoy a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as 401k matching.
