Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

YMCA Lafayette 3001 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 The Speech Language Pathologist I provides evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines, and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. This position evaluates and implements a plan of care for the provision of comprehensive speech and language services for individuals exhibiting dysfunction in the areas of speech and/or language.

Qualifications Required Master's Degree Speech None Speech Therapy Required 1 year Speech Therapy Preferred Speech Pathologist (SPE)

• State Licensing Board Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• American Heart Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• ASHA (American Speech-Lanuage-Hearing Association)
