Role:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0-18) in Lone Tree, CO . You'll help improve communication, language, and feeding skills through personalized care in a child's natural environment.
Compensation & Scheduling:
Competitive Pay:
$70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
Start of Care Visits:
Up to $120 per
SOC Full-Time Caseload:
25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy addressing speech, language, fluency, articulation, feeding, and swallowing Coach families to support carryover of therapy goals at home Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with home health standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care Requirements A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado Possesses and maintains current CPR certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology is preferred, but not required
