26-27 School Year Lewis-Palmer School District 38 is looking for a District Wide Speech/Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. The Speech Language Pathologist screens, identifies, assesses, diagnoses, refers, provides interventions for and counsels students with or who are at risk for: articulation, fluency, voice, language learning, communication, swallowing and related disabilities which impact educational and/or social development. Must have a Colorado Special Services Provider license with endorsement for speech/language. Must be willing and able to be a strong team player with flexibility, have strong collaborative skills and have the ability deliver speech/language services to students grades PreK-12. This position would be eligible for the full benefits package. Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,550 - $75,279. As a guideline, we offer up to 18 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 19, per school board policy. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website.
