This opportunity offers a structured schedule from Monday through Thursday, 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, serving students across PreK through 12th grade. The position is available immediately and extends through May 31, with the possibility for ongoing, long-term placement.
Preferred Background and Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Prior experience working in a school setting or with school-aged populations Familiarity with a broad range of speech and language disorders Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language needs Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and monitor student progress Consult with teachers and parents to support students communication in the classroom Maintain detailed records and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings Adapt interventions to address diverse developmental levels, PreK through high school Participate in school activities and professional development as needed This contract position is ideal for professionals seeking a full-time, weekday schedule and the fulfillment of helping students succeed academically and socially.
