Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time options near Olathe, CO. You'll collaborate with educators and families to support communication and language development for pediatric learners in a supportive school environment.
Key qualifications:
Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license for Speech Language Pathology Valid SLP license for the state of Colorado ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates with appropriate credentials Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver direct therapy and consultation services to students from diverse backgrounds Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and IEP goals Support family and staff education regarding communication strategies Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development Enjoy the security of a competitive hourly wage between $55 and $60, commensurate with experience and credentials, as you work in a community-focused environment.
