A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

What Your Day Looks Like You will join a team that loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with OT, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve. Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We'll explain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation! Performance-based monthly bonus : We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives! Sign-on bonus : Up to a $15,000 bonus. What You Need Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
