Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students in an educational setting! Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with experience in schools are invited to bring their expertise to a rewarding contract opportunity. This position provides the chance to foster communication skills and help students reach their full potential in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Hold or be eligible for state licensure or certification as required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) Prior experience working with students in a school-based setting beneficial Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals Passion for helping children overcome speech and language barriers Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations to determine student speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with established targets Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings within interdisciplinary teams Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings, student consultations, and professional development sessions This contract position offers a chance to serve a diverse student population, build lasting professional relationships, and gain valuable experience within a collaborative educational team.
