Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your speech-language expertise to a supportive educational setting this summer! A contract opportunity is now available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on school-age populations, serving students from PreK through 6th grade. This position is perfect for dedicated professionals passionate about fostering communication growth in young learners. You'll play a key role in providing both direct and consultative speech-language services, supporting students with diverse needs. The position runs from July 6th to July 31st, making it ideal for those looking for a focused, rewarding experience within a set timeframe.
Qualifications:
Active SLP license/certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience in a school setting Expertise working with PreK-6th grade students Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for assigned students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy and consult with teachers and families Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with school requirements Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Educate staff and families on strategies to support student language growth
