Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Norwich, CT, supporting elementary students from PreK through 8th grade. This contract role runs from August 18, 2026, to June 10, 2027, with a caseload of 40 to 50 students and a work schedule of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students in PreK to 8th grade Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and school district policies Participate in meetings related to student progress and program planning
Qualifications:
Connecticut license as a Speech Language Pathologist is required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, with consideration for candidates currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred Experience working in school settings with children in elementary grades is beneficial
