Job Description

Category Schools•SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students with high needs in a well-resourced environment starting as soon as possible through November 2026—including Extended School Year (ESY) services. You'll work at a vibrant educational center that serves two specialized programs: one for students in preK-8 and another for individuals aged 9-22. Enjoy the benefits of a smaller caseload while collaborating closely with a team of experienced SLPs and behavioral therapists.
Key Requirements & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and current
ASHA CCC-SLP
(or eligibility) Prior experience with school-aged children, particularly those on the Autism spectrum or with behavioral needs, strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in both individual and small group settings Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support each student's communication development Maintain thorough, timely documentation in line with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations for student success Contribute to a supportive, team-driven environment with robust resources

July 1•July 24; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM•2:00
PM NSY:
