Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary populations Success in school-based therapy settings preferred Comfortable managing a range of student needs, from articulation to complex communication disorders Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders Deliver therapy services in group and individual settings across grades K12 Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students IEP goals Maintain timely and accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
