Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving K-12 students as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role spans multiple schools in the district and runs from August 2026 through June 2027. You'll be working districtwide, offering your expertise to a diverse student population and becoming an integral resource in students' development.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure for schools Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Demonstrated experience supporting speech, language, and communication goals in K-12 settings Ability to commit to an in-person, Monday through Friday schedule (35-37.5 hours per week) Familiarity with IEP implementation, assessment, and documentation in educational settings Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students districtwide Conduct thorough assessments and re-evaluations for speech and language needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to develop and implement IEPs Maintain detailed documentation to ensure compliance with district, state, and federal policies Provide progress updates and recommendations during IEP meetings Support students in achieving communication goals to enhance their academic and social experiences This contract role allows you to make a meaningful difference throughout the 2026-2027 school year while engaging with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
