Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Current Delaware State SLP licensure, or ability to obtain prior to start Experience or genuine motivation to work in a school setting and with individual students Strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaborative spirit

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to assigned students in a 1:1 setting Conduct student assessments, developing and implementing IEP goals Collaborate closely with teachers, family members, and support staff for successful outcomes Document progress and maintain required reports in compliance with school and state standards Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
