Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations within a school setting Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to children across varying grade levels Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed Participate in parent meetings, teacher consultations, and student support planning Maintain accurate records while adhering to state and school standards Stay current with developments in speech-language therapy and educational practices
