Applicants should hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be ready to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Current state licensure as an SLP is required.
Key qualifications and experience include:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA CCC or in the process of completing CFY Valid state SLP licensure Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Primary responsibilities will involve: Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans in alignment with students IEPs Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes Monitoring and documenting student progress, making appropriate adjustments as needed Participating in IEP meetings, training, and school programs as a valued SLP team member Experience a role where your expertise is celebrated and your professional growth is encouraged.
