Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or in progress of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is advantageous Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to meet each student's IEP goals Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to foster students' academic and social success Maintain detailed documentation of progress and participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school community
