This position focuses on supporting a caseload of approximately 40-45 elementary-age students, primarily working with inclusion students alongside some with more complex needs. You'll work in collaboration with a dedicated on-site SLP, who will take on most of the complex caseload, ensuring a balanced distribution of responsibilities. Ideal candidates will bring specialized knowledge and a commitment to fostering communication skills in children within a school setting.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license or eligibility in Delaware CCC-SLP credentials or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience in educational/healthcare/pediatric environments preferred Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and other SLPs Commitment to inclusive educational practices

Responsibilities:
