Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing speech-language services in a dynamic and supportive school environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants seeking to help students achieve their communication goals through direct therapy and innovative interventions.
Key Experience and Skills Desired:
Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or
SLPA CCC-SLP
credential or the ability to work under supervision as a CFY, if applicable Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings is preferred Competency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery is highly valued Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with educational teams Strong communication and organization abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs Complete assessments, maintain records, and prepare reports as required Provide therapy both onsite and via teletherapy, tailoring strategies for individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress Supervise SLPA staff if designated and offer guidance as needed Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in ongoing professional development Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and growth This contract role offers the flexibility to work in a forward-thinking setting where your expertise in speech-language pathology will be valued and supported.
