Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Position Details:

Contract opportunity Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week Assignment dates: 08/25/2026 - 11/13/2026

Qualifications:

Current and valid Delaware SLP license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance procedures Ability to develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Create and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Monitor, track, and report on student outcomes and maintain precise records Participate in IEP meetings and actively contribute to student success planning Deliver both direct therapy and consultation services as appropriate Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay, 401k retirement plans, and insurance coverage for medical, dental, vision, and life.
