Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time contract role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about fostering communication and language growth in students from Kindergarten through 6th grade. Enjoy collaborating with a welcoming team in a supportive educational setting with a growing caseload. This position is scheduled for two days per week starting at the end of August and continuing through the conclusion of the academic year. While an SLP with CCC is preferred, applicants who are SLPA or Clinical Fellows (with school-based experience) will be thoughtfully considered.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active State of Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred Will consider qualified SLPAs or Clinical Fellows who have relevant school-based experience Previous experience working with elementary-aged students (K-6th) is advantageous Strong assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members Passion for supporting diverse learners and facilitating progress in speech and language goals
Key Responsibilities:
