You'll be empowered to: Plan and deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy for K-12 students, including augmentative communication, social language, articulation, voice, oral-motor, feeding, and expressive/receptive language development. Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing, providing clear, detailed reports that guide educational planning. Comfortably support early intervention students as well as those with moderate to severe needs. Develop and maintain individualized education program (IEP) objectives. Collaborate with parents and peers to maximize student outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have:
Current or eligible Delaware state SLP license (CCC or CFY) Experience with moderate to severe student needs is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and creative problem-solving abilities Enjoy a fulfilling full- or part-time schedule (35 hours per week or flexible part-time), competitive weekly pay, and the support of a passionate, collaborative team in an encouraging environment.
