Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Shape meaningful communication skills in students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working with middle and high school-aged learners. This rewarding contract opportunity places you onsite at two schools, providing tailored speech and language services that make a difference during the academic year from August 2026 to May 2027. You'll engage in a dynamic school environment near Boynton Beach, FL, working a steady weekly schedule of 37.5 hours and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid and active SLP license in Florida Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Recent experience supporting students, particularly at the middle and high school levels Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to varied caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students onsite at two schools Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain detailed progress records Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and related service providers Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to unique student needs Participate in IEP meetings and school team discussions to optimize student outcomes
