This contract opportunity is ideal for a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in a collaborative, supportive educational environment near Bronson, FL. In this position, you'll work with a team dedicated to helping children achieve their communication goals. You'll be at the forefront of student progress, using your clinical skills to diagnose, treat, and guide families through the journey of speech and language development.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of students presenting speech and language challenges Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs Provide engaging, effective therapy sessions targeting communication, speech, and language goals Accurately document student progress, maintaining up-to-date and organized records Collaborate with educators, specialists, and other school professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care Involve and educate families in the treatment process, fostering understanding and engagement
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus Strong communication, rapport-building, and teamwork skills Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Must hold or be eligible for an active State Board license in Speech Language Pathology You will benefit from a competitive compensation package and a full suite of benefits, plus access to a team of advisors who are experienced SLPs themselves.
