Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an opportunity where your expertise in speech-language pathology can make a meaningful difference in students' lives. We're seeking two dedicated professionals to provide impactful therapy services for the full school year in a supportive elementary school environment. This onsite, contract role offers autonomy and a well-equipped, private space—empowering you to customize sessions and nurture students' progress. Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for working in an educational setting and excel in collaborative, child-centered teams. You'll have the chance to gain valuable experience or further your established practice, whether you're a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). What We're Looking For:
Valid state licensure/license eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY or CCC) Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students with diverse needs Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care
You'll Be Responsible For:
Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments Delivering direct therapy services to students in an individual and group setting Developing, implementing, and tracking progress on IEP goals Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student achievement Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Experience the satisfaction of seeing your students thrive academically and socially, all while working in your own dedicated therapy space.
