Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling onsite role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the full academic year. Two SLPs are needed to provide dedicated speech and language services at a welcoming elementary school campus. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a measurable difference within a collaborative learning environment near Bushnell, FL. With your caseload thoughtfully capped at 40 students, and the benefit of a dedicated therapy space, you'll have both the resources and support to deliver meaningful, individualized interventions. Open to SLPs at any professional stage, whether you're CCC-certified, completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or have previous school-based experience. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain). CCC certification or current progress toward CFY welcomed. Prior experience with school-aged children is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Ability to work full-time for the entire school year onsite. What you'll be doing: Conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Providing direct therapy services to a diverse elementary caseload up to 40 students. Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff for optimal student outcomes. Maintaining timely, accurate therapy documentation.
