Job Description
Empath Home Health , part of Empath Health's not-for-profit network, is seeking a PRN Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).

You will work in Hendry County, including Clewiston, LaBelle, and Lehigh Acres. What you'll Do Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders, the plan of care, and regulatory standards Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments, including required OASIS assessments Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families on swallowing safety, dietary consistency, and communication strategies Support cognitive, sensory-motor, language, and memory development through individualized therapeutic interventions Why Join Empath Health?Earn Competitive Pay:

What You'll Need Graduate of an accredited program meeting certification requirements for ASHA, or actively progressing toward certification Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist One (1) year of home health experience preferred not required Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills What You'll Find at Empath Health Unified in empathy, we serve our communities through extraordinary Full Life Care for All.
